Course Overview

• It is a Beginner level workshop. Age Group is 8-55 years.
• Everything you need to know to make the perfect cake, every step of the way from mixing to serving!
• Practice hands-on frosting techniques while being corrected and perfected at each step.
• Understand the tools and materials needed to bake, assemble and frost a cake.
• How to mix your cake batter and make a moist eggless cake.
• How to prepare cake layers and assemble a layer cake.
• Experimenting with different flavors and mixing and matching frostings and fillings.
• Be able to creatively decorate cakes with simple yet elegant designs.
• Decorating with various toppers and designs.
• At the end of the course, you will be able to bake, layer, fill and frost a completely eggless cake.
