HR Executive Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and people-oriented HR Executive to join the La Bake Amore team. You will support a wide range of HR functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement, documentation, performance management, and compliance.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine interest in building a professional, positive, and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers
  
• Create and publish job openings across job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels
  
• Coordinate interviews, candidate communication, selection, and offer processes
  
• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities
  
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, personnel files, and documentation
  
• Track attendance, leave, employee information, and HR-related records
  
• Support payroll processing and coordinate with accounts as required
  
• Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines
  
• Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programmes, and internal initiatives
  
• Support performance reviews, appraisals, and employee development processes
  
• Address employee queries and provide timely HR support
  
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information
  
• Ensure HR processes are aligned with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements
  
• Coordinate HR documentation and compliance requirements
  
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to a more efficient employee experience
  
• Support management in HR-related projects and organisational development initiatives
  

Who We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• 1–3 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or a similar role
  
• Freshers may be considered if they demonstrate strong relevant skills and aptitude
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities
  
• Good understanding of recruitment and HR processes
  
• Familiarity with labour laws and HR compliance is preferred
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace
  
• Experience with ATS, HRMS, or recruitment platforms is an advantage
  
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
  
• Proactive, dependable, and solution-oriented approach
